air conditioning not strong, elevators very slow, house keeping could be better

It's never easy reading how we did not live up to expectations. But we appreciate the time you've taken to let us know. We take it all in and discuss what we can do to satisfy all who come to stay with us.
Really enjoyed the restaurants inside the property. The little town makes the resort so much fun. The updated rooms were great but the covers was a blanket in a sheet kind of strange. Check out was bad. All the elevators were filled and we had to wait for about 7 elevators before we could get on. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.
