except for that issue above the stay was great hair dryer did not work … super long lines for parking garage and NO signs to use stairs or where they were… What if there was fire ? emergency ? signs stating where stairs are and direction is pertainent.. many people I mean many of us walking in circles up other wrong stair wells to get to garage close to beach

Good I didn’t like that none of the staff members was able to answer a single question or even direct me in the right way. They seemed listed or confused. It was a great place I enjoyed the stay..

I was happy about everything on the property except my room in the North Tower. There were bugs in my room.. the bathroom door in my room didn’t close. The restaurant options.

Nice stay I visited as part of the YCADA Globals Cheerleading competition. My only downside to the experience was when leaving there was no option to take the stairs instead of waiting in a long line for an elevator to the garage. I was going to just level 3 and would have much rather taken the stairs than standing in a small area where people kept cutting in front of others. Staff was friendly and helpful. it was good but definitely could’ve been better I couldn’t make any reservations over the phone because no one would ever answer or enter the pool every time I went it was closed the restaurants and the room
