Loving at Atlantic City again We couldn't check in with auto machine. There was no one to ask where the check-in desk was and no instructions if you couldn't use machines. As to what to do next. We had to walk all over the hotel to find check in desk. That the mall and restaurants were close by hotel rooms. Room was very comfortable

Disappointed My room key would not work when i left the room. When I left , I couldn’t re-enter. House cleaning let me in the first time. Had keys replaced twice. We checked out early didn’t stay second night because we got locked out with all our beach gear in hand. No answer at customer service. Disconnected every attempt. Walked back to customer desk with gear and back to room. Still only one key worked. Second time the both keys didn’t work. and then noisy kids playing above us. Left at 10:30. Very Good
Tropicana offers great amenities, activities and a nice resort. There was no breakfast included, and no housekeeping offered. We had to seek out staff each day to request extra towels, toiletries etc. I called Front desk to request use of a microwave, they said no and hung up. Also there were several customers smoking inside casino I liked the shopping, clubs, restaurants and the different amenities offered at Tropicana.
We will return next year for a week. Thanks That we couldn't get clean towels. We really liked the restaurant we ate at. It was really convenient to go to restaurants at the resort.
