The stay was great however it would help if stands were more helpful and less rude We required handicap accommodations. Unfortunately some places were unable to accommodate which is fine but twice we encounter rude, off putting staff when requiring assistance Restaurant and it’s staff were fantastic! Front desk however was rude and unhelpful at times
Fine, we'll be back. Floors weren't vacuumed during cleanings. No location info at all; I think I expected a nice multi page booklet of things to do in the area. I'll need to plan better for the next trip. We didn't mind but we were on a non smoking floor, the floor smelled of marijuana heavily throughout. Havana 53. Location is terrific. I literally spoke to no staff except the valet for the entire trip, they were super nice. Check-in and out is convenient.

Throwback to the 90s Tropicana has laid off the entire hospitality staff. Check in was automated. We had issues checking in and there was not a single human being to speak with. Rooms are very outdated. Not worth the money we paid. If you arrive at 8pm, there’s only 1 restaurant that will seat you after 8:30pm. The elevator brought you straight to the casino floor.
