Good COVID had check in screwed up and the lack of proper mapping of the hotel made it miserable No dumb waiters to be found o lugging luggage and toting a dog along was difficult and the staff made no efforts to help welcome to the new norm Pet friendly was a huge plus room was clean starbucks was convieniant
It was great Didn't dislike anything, our whole stay was great! The whole place was very nice and exceeded all of our expectations. The lady who helped us check in and told us we could get adjoining rooms with the rest of our group was incredible! Sadly I don't remember her name.
