Very Good The lines for check in were extremely long and not managed or monitored. The lines for the elevators were outrageous. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working during a time when everyone was checking out. We ended up taking the stairs to get to the garage so we weren't late for an appointment. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Typical casino hotel experience. Nice dining options.

I booked a king room in the south tower, however when I got there to check in my room wasn’t ready. I asked the person a I didn’t get the room that I booked. I liked all of the restaurants and fun experiences that were on this resort.
