Telling you I am scared dentist is an understatement. I travel from California to see True North. They are very gentle, patient and very caring. Nothing but praise for the staff and dr. Yang. Couldn't give all of them a stronger endorsement. They are also always on time for my appointments.
I really liked the relaxed atmosphere - complimentary coffee or bottled water. I enjoyed sitting on the patio for a few minutes before going in for the cleaning. Professional, friendly and helpful (support for ongoing teeth and gum health).
I had such a fantastic first visit there this week. Everyone was extra kind and I felt like everything was done to make sure that I was as comfortable and happy as possible. I never thought that I would be wowed by a dentist's office, but I was pleasantly surprised. I can't imagine going to another place after having been here!
True north was recommended to me by a family member to fix a crown when I first moved! Dr yang fixed my crown and I after I got insurance I went right back for a cleaning I will continue to use them for my regular maintaince of my pearly whites!!
My visits to True North are inevitably outstanding. The staff is courteous and professional. The treatment, exams, and any needed procedures are state-of-the-art, tailored to my specific needs, and performed with obvious concern for my health and comfort. I am 56 years old, moved 11 times in 17 years in the Navy, and am now on my third (and final!) dentist in Flagstaff. True North is solidly my number one, and my wife is similarly satisfied.
Thank you for seeing me on such short notice and handling my situation so professionally - taking my concerns seriously even though most of the issue may be my own noncompliance with the mouth guard! I'll miss you Dr. Shannon, but know my 6" of dental records are in capable hands! Mindy
Dr. Yang's high expectations are evident throughout the clinic. His staff are professional, courteous and kind, the environment is warm and welcoming and the equipment is state of the art (I love the teeth camera!) A pain-free, and even comfortable experience. Each procedure, starting with the exam, is accompanied by a detailed explanation. It is evident that the staff love working there, and speak highly of Dr. Yang and of each other. Dr. Yang is exceptional and well respected.
