The dental hygenist, Laura, that I see is great! Let's be honest, going to the dentist is not on the top of anyone's bucket list. Laura makes the hour go by faster though. She is thorough in her work, but kind and thoughtful as well. She is gentle in her manner (so my gums aren't sore after she is done scraping, polishing, and flossing), honest and encouraging (I always leave knowing I need to floss more, but wanting to as well), and finds a way to relate to her patients that seems natural and makes you feel welcome.
Fast and complete with friendly service
Dr Yang and his staff are hands down the best! To put that into perspective, I am scared of dentists but Dr Yang is so gentle. We live in Los Angeles, CA and we drive all the way to Flagstaff to have our dental work done. You should make true north your dental professionals. They are kind, caring and do the work right the first time always making sure you are comfortable and don't feel pain. They are a 10 in my eyes.

Dr. Shannon was replacing a temporary crown with the permanent one. The whole procedure was painless and professional. In and out in about half an hour.

I came in for my six month cleaning. I didn't have to wait and went right back for my appointment. Laura is always so polite and professional, she does an excellent job. When Laura was finished Dr. Yang came right in and talked with me and made plans for future dental work. This is the first dentist in my life that I don't mind going to. Dr. Yang and his staff are excellent at giving me options for dental care that have my health and pocketbook in mind. He and his staff always make sure I am comfortable. Thank you,
I had all of my lead fillings (both top and bottom) replaced by lead-free fillings a couple of weeks ago. Afterwards my bite was close, but just not quite right. Dr Shannon worked me into his schedule and I was in and out of the office within 15 minutes. No fuss, no muss, and no charge! My bite has improved a lot overnight. Great job!
