If one must have their teeth cleaned, Jean is the one to do it. I always appreciate her positive and encouraging comments. She's a keeper. My teeth are happy.
Dr. Shannon and his entire staff are friendly and professional. They knew who I was when I came for my second visit, and I didn't have to "sign in". I've have only had to wait more than 5 minutes once, as Dr. Shannon somehow manages to always be on time. I went to him for an appliance for my sleep apnea, and so far, so good! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for any type of dental needs.
Jean is the best dental hygienist I've ever had, she goes the extra mile to make sure your comfortable and does a great job. I've alway appreciated everyones friendly smiles. Of course Dr Shannon is one of the best! Thanks

Laura did my cleaning and did a fabulous job. VERY thorough and very fun to talk to while she was doing it (she understands - somehow - the various grunts. Not sure how, but she does!) Simply an outstanding time - and not something you normally say after going to the Dentist.
This Dentistry in the best for me personally, highly recommend it.
I recently visited True North and was awed by the kindness in which they treat their patients. I felt comfortable asking questions, and Dr. Yang explained to me procedures in great detail. That same day I got a cleaning with Laura. She is funny and easy to talk to. I felt at ease and enjoyed learning many new things about the cleaning process that I had never thought of asking. I am definitely making this my routinely dentistry in Flagstaff.
Dr. Yang is not only the best dentist but also hold a medical degree MD. I love true north dentistry so much that I commute from California to have ALL my dental needs. The most caring people you will ever meet. If you are afraid of needles I can tell you Dr. Yang is amazing.
