Clean gym, respectful staff and friendly faces no matter what time you go. Plenty of equipment to go around for everyone. Been going here for about 5 years and don’t plan on changing gyms anytime soon. Shout out to Allen (spell check that) who pointed me to the page to leave a review.
Tru fit bandera is the best Tru Fit in the San Antonio Area!!
Great staff, clean equipment and doesn’t get too packed.
I have been to a lot of tru fit locations and this is by far the cleanest. Marissa Perez helped me locate certain area’s of the gym and reassured me that equipment is cleaned and that any of the staff would be willing to answer any questions as to use proper machines. Not a lot of staff go out there way, but Marissa did. This Tru Fit gets a 5 star from me.
I had been going to another Trufit location, but moved closer to the Bandera gym so I’ve been coming here ever since. You can expect to receive courteous and professional service here. I’ve been extremely pleased with the staff, particularly with Alan and Eric. They ALWAYS greet me, wish me a good workout, and make an effort to wish me a great day as I leave.
