The TruPower class has proven to be a consistent challenge. You can push yourself as hard as you need to and/or modify to fit your intensity level. Lena, Sharon, and Alejandra have all been great instructors and have helped push us every time we go to class. Julian in Combo 6 has also been awesome each time we step in the Combo 6 studio at TruFit Bandera/410.

The team here is very helpful and making you feel welcomed. I’ve only been here for a short amount of time but time and time again they always amaze me especially my trainer Emily. She works really hard and puts her time and effort in making you feel and be a stronger you.
