RecommendedIt’s a pretty good gym. It needs to be cleaned. Everything is always dirty specially the female side. No one cleans after themselves. Sauna is not hot enough. Besides that machines are in good shape in the general area.

Going to the gym here is actually fun. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recently completed a few personal training sessions with Sharon. She motivates me to continue to work towards my fitness goals daily. She educates me on the importance of healthy nutrition and exercising to burn body fat and gain muscle. She takes the time to address my questions and provide feedback to guide me on my fitness journey. I also enjoy the group fitness classes which helps with cardio and strength.
I have now been using this gym for almost 4 months, 3 months working with Sharon. I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. Sharon keeps me motivated and thriving even on the days we don’t meet, I’d likely have quit by now if it wasn’t for her and how comfortable I feel at this gym. My hubby and I joined a couple of weeks ago and we have already set up sessions with a trainer and tried a couple of classes. The TruPower class is awesome! Coach Lena and Coach Sharon really motivated us to get through these workouts. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is bigger than it looks and there are a lot of machines and equipment readily available. They even have a “Women Only” section. If you’re looking to get healthy for this upcoming year, try this place :)

Amazing kids center with so much to keep the kids occupied. My 6 yo and 9 month old love it and are under great care with Genevieve!
