Adrian is a wonderful trainer who brings such positive energy to every class. I previously did personal training with him at the gym and had a great experience. He encourages you to challenge yourself while creating a supportive and welcoming environment. I always enjoyed his sessions and would confidently recommend him for personal training as well as his classes.
