This gym is honestly great. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. All of the equipment is well-maintained and fully functional. The atmosphere is also really nice, it feels motivating. Overall, it’s a great place to work out and I definitely recommend it.

To start off the entire is friendly and helpful, I've been trained by several trainers on staff for different goals and I've reached each milestone (the sauna, and swimming pool was also a big help), as well as regaining more mobility to where I couldn't even put on my own socks without assistance. I have nothing but good things to say thank you for all the help!!!

Today my daughter and I took Trupower with Instructor Ness and she was amazing. She made us feel welcomed, she accommodated us very well by modifying exercises for me and my daughter, and her sanitation of equipment was top notch. My daughter and I left inspired and we look forward to the next class with Instructor Ness.
