TruFit is one of my favorite places to be. Tons of different weight machines, plenty of free weights, cables, cardio machines. The staff is the bonus, they are always smiling and ready to help or just to have a good chat/laugh with. And the child care is my life saver, the ladies that watch my children are the kindest and my children adore them.

I have been going to body pump here at this location since the gym was golds. I have seen a lot of instructors come and go. I want to give Stephanie a shout out for being a constant at this gym for 5 years. She is friendly, motivating, and she goes out of her way to get to know her students. I just finished another amazing Body Pump Class with Stephaine as my instructor. I enjoy her body pump classes because she keeps the class motivated with her positive energy, upbeat song choices, and willingness to demonstrate each movement to make sure that we are doing it correctly. I can’t think of the last time that I was this motivated to go to the gym. Thank you Stephaine for all that you do for us!
