Stephanie's bodypump class is awesome. I feel great after each class and it really improves my physical and mental well-being in a way that is palpable. Her instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the workouts are intense. Stephanie reminds us we can lower weight or go without if we hit a wall, and helps us push through it every time. Her enthusiasm is contagious. I wish she taught more classes throughout the week; I would take them all.Â
