I love the Body Pump class taught by Brigette McGraw. I attend all of her classes when I can. She demonstrates excellence and safety when she teaches. I've been attending her classes for the last 2 1/2 years. She was an integral factor in helping me regain strength in my shoulder after a total shoulder replacement. She gave all the modifications for the movements and made it still fun. I am happy to say that with the help of her class, I have regained most of my shoulder functions and I was able to do it safely. Great instr... read more
Raytoya James class at Trufit is straight fire. Fun filled and full of energy. Prepare to torch some serious calories. The music is upbeat and will make you want to dance.
