I’ve been with TruFit since Nov’ 24, since my time here I’ve seen numerous upgrades to the gym. Although the gym has received upgrades one thing has remained the same, the family-friendly environment. Some may come and go but Lynn as management has been consistent in making this gym a great place to workout, providing excellent costumer service to all my clients as a trainer and maintaining an environment many want to stay in. Recommend 💯, hands down!

Excellent trainers that build programs based on your needs and ability. Ending each session with stretches focused on mobility has helped me with joint, back and knee pain. I wake up feeling great with no pain.
