Super chill environment! Equipment is all machine-based (not too much free weight) as the gym is catered to rehabilitation/older clientele. Whenever I do workout that requires free weight, no issue with replacing what exercises I need to do! Actually quite surprised they have a lot, front desk is nice as well :)
