I stopped in for a free trial. It's a small gym but its got a very good selection of equipment and fortunately there weren't very many people when I went. I will probably sign up for a membership when my trial is over.Ā

I like the water classes, love swimming laps, really love Tabithaās silver sneakers & body sculpt classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Enjoy Allisonās Zumba gold on Fridays. Soooo glad you added land classes. Lupita does a wonderful job at the front desk. She is always on time to open the club. She is happy & cheerful in the mornings & helps us in whatever we need. šĀ
This place is great for college students! The one on longmire has a great and helpful staff along with good amenities!Ā
