DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE I had a year long membership with Heroes and on average used the gym at least 3x a week. I would give this gym a 2 star rating due to multiple leaks in the ceilings every time it rained, several pieces of equipment that were of bad quality, equipment replacement that took at least a month (I stopped going after a month and a simple kettlebell wasn't replaced among other equipment), poor entry supervision, poor sanitary conditions, no towels for member use, etc. However, I have to give a one star ... read more
I travel a lot and go to San Angelo often. Always enjoy going to Heroes. Has every equipment you can think of.
Good gym but I now owe a collections agency because of them. I don't understand how if I made every months payment. And to top it off my wife and I were on the same account but I'm the only one in collections makes no sense.
Pleased to announce that I have canceled my membership at Zero Fitness Heroes Fitness San Angelo due to extremely racist and discriminatory behavior by some of their employees Several white employees go out of their way to ignore people of color. Usually they are just gathered in their little white group acting like 6th graders. 15 months I've been a member and not once did the owner acknowledge me. Had an a fraud account opened. Reach out once and got told by a man claiming to be a manager that he would have it taken care of since it was fraud. A year later I get s notice that a have a balance to pay off. Reach out again to a female claiming to be a manager and she said she cod too do any thing. Sent it to collections and dealing with fraud report and all. Awesome thing is even the guy stated that the pic on the account was a picture of a picture.... Great way to run a business
Three stars only because i live out of town and when i am in town i get a day pass. It use to be 24hr pass now you pay the same amount and its just for the time you are there. I went in the morning to do cardio and later that day they told me i would have to pay again. For a long time i would pay the $15 and it would from the time i payed until the next day. What i mean is i would get therr at 5pm and the pass would be good till 5pm the next day 24hr. Heros is the only gym i lole there in angelo. I like to go there when i am... read more
