I’ve been trying to hold this complaint but after months of using Trufits stand up tanning bed . I’ve talked to management about concerns of cleaning them . Then I come back weeks later same milkshake bottle has been up there . I finally asked staff do you clean these after each person. He said no we clean them only at night 😳 I said okay let me see bed 4 and showed him same trash that was in there yesterday. That’s so gross and unsanitary. I don't not recommend because the past 3 weeks going on a month now has been very unprofessional and anytime I do call they put me on hold so long that it rings again trying to get ahold of the manger is impossible I just keep getting the run around and no one calls back or replies to any emails. Urgent matters have came up and they don't care to take the time and care for the people its all about the money for them.
Pretty sad when they invite the public for this for free re-opening but when I go to scan my little card they tell me I owe $200… uhm I’ve been coming to the gym and no one ever said anything to me about owing nothing. Mind you I have auto draft. Time to go to the higher ups because this is not the first time TruFit has tried to rip me off. 😡😡😡
Going to have to cut off my card . I signed to close out a extra account in Dec . Signed paperwork to close out . Understood one more charge in Jan . They are still charging me . Always waiting on trying to talk to someone who knows what they are doing. I have been patient and nice . Liked this gym because of private women’s area . But I’d rather feel secure with my money than keep paying this much for my account and a extra account that was closed . Because I don’t do child care or any extra stuff . The good: This gym has lots of cardio machines, you will never wait for a bike, treadmill, etc. but you will wait on a stairclimber if you workout in the afternoon. The child care is awesome, indoor and an outdoor playground, activities, movies, & multiple child care staff. They recently fixed the roof so it doesn't rain inside anymore (took a couple years). DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE I had a year long membership with Heroes and on average used the gym at least 3x a week. I would give this gym a 2 star rating due to multiple leaks in the ceilings every time it rained, several pieces of equipment that were of bad quality, equipment replacement that took at least a month (I stopped going after a month and a simple kettlebell wasn't replaced among other equipment), poor entry supervision, poor sanitary conditions, no towels for member use, etc. However, I have to give a one star ... read more
I travel a lot and go to San Angelo often. Always enjoy going to Heroes. Has every equipment you can think of.
Good gym but I now owe a collections agency because of them. I don't understand how if I made every months payment. And to top it off my wife and I were on the same account but I'm the only one in collections makes no sense.
Pleased to announce that I have canceled my membership at Zero Fitness Heroes Fitness San Angelo due to extremely racist and discriminatory behavior by some of their employees Several white employees go out of their way to ignore people of color.
