Had an a fraud account opened. Reach out once and got told by a man claiming to be a manager that he would have it taken care of since it was fraud. A year later I get s notice that a have a balance to pay off. Reach out again to a female claiming to be a manager and she said she cod too do any thing. Sent it to collections and dealing with fraud report and all. Awesome thing is even the guy stated that the pic on the account was a picture of a picture.... Great way to run a business
Three stars only because i live out of town and when i am in town i get a day pass. It use to be 24hr pass now you pay the same amount and its just for the time you are there. I went in the morning to do cardio and later that day they told me i would have to pay again. For a long time i would pay the $15 and it would from the time i payed until the next day. What i mean is i would get therr at 5pm and the pass would be good till 5pm the next day 24hr. Heros is the only gym i lole there in angelo. I like to go there when i am... read more
