I’ve been working out at Tru Fit for a few months now and overall I’m impressed with what they offer for the price. The gym is conveniently located, the hours fit my schedule early morning or late evening workouts, and the variety of equipment is very good. There are plenty of machines and free weights, which makes it easy to mix up cardio and strength days.
