Met with them Assistant Fitness Manger Josh and he was extremely helpful on getting me started on the right course of action for my specific goals. The body scan was useful and told everything I need to know. In the end I ended up signing up for training because I struggle with accountability. I've been working with my Trainer LINDA who is awesome! I've seen so much change.. Best decision I ever made!
