I hate that pple will make bad google reviews because they didn't get their way or their trying to have staff bend the policy in their favor! This trufit has the most caring and professionally well trained staff!! They have to follow the policies they don't make the policies, please stop taking it out on them. Go to corporate with that if you feel that strongly about the policies.
