Usually stepping in a gym is intimidating this location I felt safe and less intimidated because the staff was all female.. they were down to earth really kind, professional, and personable they made signing up easy and I love the fact there's a women's only area.

I've never seen the younger generation give a dame about nothing but themselves. But today what I saw was a true genuine gal. Front desk girl with long hair and the mask helping a bind man to his Via transit. Literally grabbed his hand and placed it on her shoulder talked to him as she guided him out to the van. Simply beautiful to see in a world that forgot about humanity.
