I am lookin to get back in my fitness journey so I went to the nearest trufit near me which was New Braunfels & MCCreless and had a horrible experience I was not greeted what so every the girl was on the phone and ignore me. Upon further observation I notice the grim faces on the staffs faces of not wanting to be there, I also notice the water spots on the floor and the smell. You can tell the staff aren’t just coworkers, they are family and treat their members like family too!! Always will recommend this gym to anyone 100%
