I can always tell when it's time for the TruForce techs to come around - invariably the day before they arrive I will see a roach in the yard. It's amazing how accurate their formulations are. Plus, on top of being gracious and pleasant, The tech are always mindful of the cats that live in my backyard. I cannot say enough nice things about the people who work for Truforce other than they have managed to keep a demanding old lady as a customer for years. :)

Ricky did a very thorough job. He answered all my questions and paid special attention to the couple of problem areas I had. I am always happy with the pest control and rarely see anything but a dead insect if I see any at all.
