This is one of the worst company I've have ever had to deal with. They were suppose to install a Jacuzzi walk in shower. The cost is close to $16,000. We started the process in December 2025, today is April 20, 2026. The install originally was for January 20, they couldn't get a plumber so it was changed to February 4th. One person to install, worked all day but parts were broken so had to return on the 14th. Shower didn't drain, floor was slick, floor was not the right size and the caulking had holes in it. I am unbelievably disappointed with the finished product - our shower. It looks cheaper than I could have imagined. After all we paid more than $20,000 for it. I am in fact so disappointed that I am planning to have someone tear it out and start over. Having it done by you is the biggest financial mistake I have ever made. Having researched other options, I am convinced that I could spend $5,000 (less than 1/4 of what we paid you) for a shower that would add value to our home. What we have will certainly not do that. They showed up on time but from there it went down hill from not being careful with the walls and wood trim also damaged floor in bathroom which they gave us credit for ( hardly enough to replace ) and with all other complaints they made 3 trips to cover up problems but not actualy fix! Most likely would not recomend.

Where do I even begin? What should have been a simple shower installation turned into an ongoing nightmare that flooded my basement and cost me weeks of stress, and Tundraland's response has been absolutely disgraceful.After the installation was complete I went to take my first shower and the hot water wasn't working. Through ******, we had Tundraland install a shower at our condo in July 2025. We were happy with the shower, however there was an issue with the drainpipe that went through the concrete ceiling of the underground parking garage. Concrete insulation broke away from the pipe, which then allowed carbon monoxide fumes to enter the living areas. Tundraland said they would have to go through insurance to make a claim and it would take awhile. Now it has been over 7 months and nobody will respond back to me. Bailey ******* ****** he was rude when I said I didn’t want to sign till I see other bids. I called and complained and no manager called me. I will take it higher up and contact ******* and I am sure they won’t be happy with this distributor and lol Bailey claimed that this company was ******* only distributor he is a lair and * ****. Started out fantastic. Sales helped us keep it somewhat budget friendly, and gave us a hard deadline of when everything would be completed. I put half of the total down as a deposit to ensure completion. 3 days before installation, we were told that permits were not ready and we were taken off the schedule indefinitely until the time they were. Same day I went to my local city hall and got the permits, paid for out of pocket. I then could not get a hold of anyone for a week until I threatened full cancellation and refunds. I... read more

The installer showed up late. Proceeded to cut a water line and water gushed from upstairs down my steps and into my kitchen. A chunk of my kitchen ceiling fell off onto my kitchen floor. He then broke the shower pan. We waited 3 weeks for a new shower pan. On the next installation date two installers showed up late. Looked at the job. Said they couldnt do it and left. I was told that this would be a one-day project that turned out to be a two-day project. The installer was making statements as to saying that he regrets doing the project. It started out all bad. He called Tundraland saying he had nowhere to park. (lie) he wanted to park on our grass along with some other negativity. He was told by his boss to get the job done. Red flag right there.
