Initially we were happy. Salesperson showed up on time. Product and price were acceptable. Installer was on time but then it went downhill fast. He grumbled the whole time about the company, his workmanship was sloppy, he left a mess with caulk all over our flooring and in the shower itself. First we reached out to our salesperson but she ghosted us. Went through ****** to have this company come out and give us a quote for a bath and shower remodel. The person that came ran through the sales pitch and when showing us the numbers gave us three different number's, A very high quote of $36,000 that they would honor for a year then a second number of $32,000 which reflected the ****** discount which they would honor for a month and then a third number of $26,000 which he murkily explained as a further ****** discount plus a sale they were having. I guess it is hit or miss with this company. You either have a great experience or a poor one. I'll post an update after the work is completed, but so far leaning toward a poor one. Been told twice that the project manager was going to call within 15-20 minutes and have yet to receive a call.

Our Tudraland experience can be described as disgusting and disappointing. We do not recommend this company. We just spent thousands on an inoperable walk in shower. By the time the installer left we had MANY issues. The most pressing was that our rain showerhead is not useable (plumber mistake). We were assured by the installer that Tundraland would contact us in 1-2 days to follow up on all our problems. On the 3rd day with no contact we tried calling our salesperson Stephanie. Stay away from this company!!! Their workmanship is shoddy at best. We had a new tub and enclosure installed in January. The caulking job was the worst I've ever seen, as much as a 3/4" bead for an overlapping seam. There was caulk and residue over everything, the bathroom door was scratched, and full of glue, our granite vanity top was full of residue, the tub was scratched and the finish on the white herringbone back wall was dulled along both vertical seams. They came out to my elderly dad’s house to give him a quote on a walk in shower, they told him he needed a new window before they could do the job, guess what the guys dad just so happen to be a window guy so he called him right from my dad house to set something up, than he told him he needed his SS # even though he wasn’t going to be financing, when I called to question them about it, it was crystal clear this is a shady business! Really horrible experience with tundraland from start to finish. Began with a pushy and dishonest rep who not only told me exactly what I wanted to hear to get me to sign, but told me knowing it was not true. The epitome of a condescending sales rep. Most things promised in order to get me to sign so he could get commission ended up being fabrications or completely false. 2000 Characters will not be enough to describe my nightmare with tundraland, my project started back in may of 2023 yes may of 2023. installer came and "finished" my remodel in one day, as he was packing up i noticed that the side panels didnt extend all the way to the ceiling, when i questioned him he said they cut them short and I could just put a board up to cover there mistake, and he left,that was the 1st problem. Had my 86yo parents bathroom redone by tundraland, what a mistake, it took 2 months to get parts because they have no clue about construction! Then when you call after getting a threatening letter about a collection agency, you never get and answer "please leave a message" to which no one ever replies! Please don't wist your money on a one day promise, it's usually a lie!
