Really horrible experience with tundraland from start to finish. Began with a pushy and dishonest rep who not only told me exactly what I wanted to hear to get me to sign, but told me knowing it was not true. The epitome of a condescending sales rep. Most things promised in order to get me to sign so he could get commission ended up being fabrications or completely false. 2000 Characters will not be enough to describe my nightmare with tundraland, my project started back in may of 2023 yes may of 2023. installer came and "finished" my remodel in one day, as he was packing up i noticed that the side panels didnt extend all the way to the ceiling, when i questioned him he said they cut them short and I could just put a board up to cover there mistake, and he left,that was the 1st problem. Had my 86yo parents bathroom redone by tundraland, what a mistake, it took 2 months to get parts because they have no clue about construction! Then when you call after getting a threatening letter about a collection agency, you never get and answer "please leave a message" to which no one ever replies! Please don't wist your money on a one day promise, it's usually a lie!

Recently had used them for a bathroom upgrade. They arrived at 7:30am and left 14 1/2 hours later and still not done. Very poorly installed, had another installer come out twice to fix what the first ones were suppose to do in 1 day. Finally after 2nd time out things were fixed. The issues I had during the initial install no water pressure, I asked and original installer said hes not a plumber well it was metal shavings in the filter ( easy Fix ), 2nd trim was not installed correctly, 3rd side of main piece was overlapping o... read more
