The workers put an extra item on , a security door bell at an agreed price. The work done thatwas done was very professional The worker said he would show us how to use the security door bell for a fee. after app. 1/2 hr explanation a charge of approximately $200 was added to my bill. The cost agreed upon was 400 the extra doorbell installation was $85 our total bill was over 700 dollars, very expensive explaination on how to use a door bell

I had a ceiling fan installed on my patio. Rob came out to give me an estimate and came back to do the installation. Everything went very smoothly. Rob kept me appraised of all the work to be done and told me where switch could be located in the attic if anyone else needs to find it. He completed the work in 3 hours not 4 so cost me even less than the bid, which I thought was very fair. Good company to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly electrician. Thank you, Rob. Bill Brown was incredible from start to finish. He came out and quoted us for a residential job, came out again when I asked for a follow up visit to clarify more details, and came by exactly on time. He saved us $200 by finishing up early, and he did a great job putting the drywall cuts back in place for the drywall guy coming out the next day! Very professional, extremely polite, and extraordinarily friendly! I will happily use TiO again for any future electrical needs.
