Great customer service from both associates. On time, polite, knowledgable; the whole nine. Haven’t had the work done yet (just the consultation) but no doubt this is the place to go to for service.

All the work was excellent and the two technicians made great suggestions about the materials we installed. The only minor issue was they installed outside (front and back porch) programmable lights but now the lights are on all the time or not at all (and I can’t figure them out). Otherwise, I am very happy with the scheduling and execution of the work. Thanks, Steve

We wanted to add wired ethernet from a Control Panel in a laundry room to a home office. The project involved running patch cable from the panel up into the attic, the distance across another room, and down into a new wall connector. The Tucson team (Ivan and Mike, I think is the name) came by on a Tuesday, scoped the project, and gave a more than reasonable estimate, especially considering it wasn’t a standard electrical job, but a home network setup. I had several problems with the first crew that did my electrical work. I called TiO and explained the problem. They sent out two young men who were totally efficient, courtesy, professional and knowledgeable and correct all my concerns . I would totally recommend Shawn and his apprentice. They deserve recognition and praise for the way they represented this company. I wish definitely use TIO for any and all future electrical work

We were very pleased with the team providing an estimate and the team who performed the work. They were courteous, professional and thorough. They made sure they knew exactly what we wanted done before beginning. We had dimmer, light timer switches and landscaping lights installed. All work perfectly.
