My name is Vicky, I just had Bob & Bryan install ceiling lights in my kitchen. They did a great job. They were very Curtis and polite, I enjoyed watching them work.
We wanted to add wired ethernet from a Control Panel in a laundry room to a home office. The project involved running patch cable from the panel up into the attic, the distance across another room, and down into a new wall connector. I had several problems with the first crew that did my electrical work. I called TiO and explained the problem. They sent out two young men who were totally efficient, courtesy, professional and knowledgeable and correct all my concerns . I would totally recommend Shawn and his apprentice. They deserve recognition and praise for the way they represented this company. I wish definitely use TIO for any and all future electrical work
The workers put an extra item on , a security door bell at an agreed price. The work done thatwas done was very professional The worker said he would show us how to use the security door bell for a fee. after app. 1/2 hr explanation a charge of approximately $200 was added to my bill. The cost agreed upon was 400 the extra doorbell installation was $85 our total bill was over 700 dollars, very expensive explaination on how to use a door bell
We were very pleased with the team providing an estimate and the team who performed the work. They were courteous, professional and thorough. They made sure they knew exactly what we wanted done before beginning. We had dimmer, light timer switches and landscaping lights installed. All work perfectly. Everything went well and the contractor installing my solar electric hot water system appreciated how the electrical was done for him to connect to. Follow up was excellent (I found a missed ceiling penetration which needed fire blocking).
