Day 15 of my car just sitting at the dealership with no end in sight for the A/C repair. They are still waiting on warranty approval before they can even ORDER the parts—which are on a two-week back-order. This whole process has been ridiculously slow and frustrating.

Every time we take our car to this service department they find a new way to make me made. Today they was supposed to do some work that we had an appointment for. When we brought the car in they said that this work requires an oil change. We had just had the oil changed when they set up the appointment. Talked to an independent mechanic that said oil change is not required for this work. Had them do other work that they said needs to be done.
