car has been in the shop for a week for a valve cover leak. Was there for two days before they looked at it. I had to tell them that the car they sold me had a warranty. Most unorganized and incompetent service department ever.

We purchased a new 2023 Kona a month ago that had a dead battery twice while going to look at it, the battery was replaced and my wife decided to buy the car. Now here it is a month later and we are still paying on the trade in that was supposedly paid off twice and now in less than two weeks we have the first payment on our new car due. I don’t know about everyone else but this is highly in acceptable, and I don’t recommend them to anyone
I haven't had the best experience with my vehicle or maintenance here. After I purchased the car I had to return to dealership for a repair. It took a month for the repair. I was given a loaner but had to return it and exchange for a rental, which was another experience. I get the car back and in a week it's doing the same thing. they are not trustworthy. the salesman lied to me tried to steal my discount of the car price and on top of it all they have run my credit score 4 times. the fourth one was done because the salesman filed the wrong paperwork for my car and when he went to fix it. I spoke to the dealership manager David and he told he would talk to hyundai motor finance and have the issue taking care of but the truth he didn't do anything for me. I'm looking on filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
