car has been in the shop for a week for a valve cover leak. Was there for two days before they looked at it. I had to tell them that the car they sold me had a warranty. Most unorganized and incompetent service department ever.

We purchased a new 2023 Kona a month ago that had a dead battery twice while going to look at it, the battery was replaced and my wife decided to buy the car. Now here it is a month later and we are still paying on the trade in that was supposedly paid off twice and now in less than two weeks we have the first payment on our new car due. I don’t know about everyone else but this is highly in acceptable, and I don’t recommend them to anyone

I haven't had the best experience with my vehicle or maintenance here. After I purchased the car I had to return to dealership for a repair. It took a month for the repair. I was given a loaner but had to return it and exchange for a rental, which was another experience. I get the car back and in a week it's doing the same thing. They said the part was hooked wrong. 🤷🏾‍♂️. Now I am back becasue of a oil leak after having car serviced for oil change. The oil pan was cracked due to over tightening. they are not trustworthy. the salesman lied to me tried to steal my discount of the car price and on top of it all they have run my credit score 4 times. the fourth one was done because the salesman filed the wrong paperwork for my car and when he went to fix it. I spoke to the dealership manager David and he told he would talk to hyundai motor finance and have the issue taking care of but the truth he didn't do anything for me. I'm looking on filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

I have been to this place in the last two months and spend $2000 in all and my car is still having problems! If I’m paying that much I expect my car to run right! I’m very upset!

I trusted the dealership staff to let me know what my vehicle needs to remain under warranty. I was upsold on two items (Engine performance Restoration $79.95 & Ethanol Defender Kit $24.50) that had nothing whatsoever to do with the warranty. My husband was extremely mad about it since the vehicle has only 10,000 miles on it. I no longer trust the staff at Tuscaloosa Hyundai.

They do not stand behind quality of the “used” cars they sell. My air conditioner has never worked right, I took it back 2 days after I bought it and they said they fixed it. But it still does not work right. Among several other small issues that are wrong with my suv, they will not fix any of it and they show no remorse or compassion for taking advantage of a women who went in to buy a car on her own. They will NEVER get any more business from me. And I will highly discourage anyone I know from going there. HORRIBLE service... read more
