I trusted the dealership staff to let me know what my vehicle needs to remain under warranty. I was upsold on two items (Engine performance Restoration $79.95 & Ethanol Defender Kit $24.50) that had nothing whatsoever to do with the warranty. My husband was extremely mad about it since the vehicle has only 10,000 miles on it. I no longer trust the staff at Tuscaloosa Hyundai.

never came out to help us
They do not stand behind quality of the “used” cars they sell. My air conditioner has never worked right, I took it back 2 days after I bought it and they said they fixed it. But it still does not work right. Among several other small issues that are wrong with my suv, they will not fix any of it and they show no remorse or compassion for taking advantage of a women who went in to buy a car on her own. They will NEVER get any more business from me. And I will highly discourage anyone I know from going there. HORRIBLE service... read more

I bought a sonata in March it had a little over 20,000 miles on it 12,000 miles later I need a front end alignment and new tires, from them over looking this problem, also this car ran hot the very first night we had it because they said they overlooked putting the cap on tight I wonder what else they overlooked. Well I'm off early this morning to the Hyundai dealership again they might not want to see me this morning I love everybody out there but they should have did what I asked him to the other day then they wouldn't have an unhappy customer this morning but they do have great customer service it's just I don't feel like they did a good enough job when I tell them that my headlights were messing up they just look at the outside never raise the hood and now I am dealing with melted wires and a plug for it connects so it's kind of ... read more
This dealership is not interested in selling cars have been trying for a month to purchase a specific car filled out credit app and everything no call backs or replies from emails. I guess because it was only a 20k car.
