RecommendedI now have two family members here, one for over 4 years, both are very happy with the care and love the staff!! My Dad loves the food, the salad bar and all the courses of the meal! Tuscany has been a life saver for me knowing they are in good hands and communicate with me about their conditions whenever needed! Trying to get anyone to give you information is almost impossible. Anissa is probably over worked but dealing with her was the most frustrating part of my mother being in this place. She was not helpful and is the main reason we got my mother moved. I will say my mother had nothing but great things to say about her physical, occupational, and speech therapists.

Unbelievable how their patients are being treated. And threatening their family members that they will make it harder on their loved ones now that they complained is on a whole other level of cruelty! Administrators you need to do more!!
