Your nurses aren't skilled. My mother wasn't there 24 hrs in the "skilled" part and you would have killed her if I hadn't called the ambulance which you all refused even after her oxygen was at 53. I was there with her staying the night which I do EVERY night since she had her craniotomy. I had to ask for a suction tube to suction my mothers mouth and into her throat because she couldnt cough up the phlegm in her throat. Heard by word of mouth they’re horrible and don’t care which I believe completely don’t send them to Tuscany village cause ur family will just die there from neglect is what I hear

My Grandma was at the facility for 1 day, for respite care. She fell out of a wheelchair at 1:30 in the morning and we were notified she had no injuries and was resting. When her hospice nurse arrived, she found a large skin tear to her arm covered in a blood soaked bandage and a small skin tear to her other arm. Hospice was not notified of the fall until they came in to care for her. I had called to check on her for over an hour the night before and left my name and number and never received a call. The quality of care is concerning...patient's rooms floors are always dirty, bedding and visiting with different family members is concerning of their love ones stay with infections for lack of cleaning and proper changing. We are all tired of the neglect of proper care, if your presents are not their it will be lack of helping with feeding to ensure they get proper assistance. A few family members witness and voice how many patients needing help with feeding... not happening and folks do care plans put their love ones here ... read more

I got a bill that medicaid was respinsible for the day of 9.1.2017 when my mother was pronounced on 9.2.2017 at 7 am (peacefully in her sleep)... heartless!!!! And soo in accurate, they send this bill in May 2018 to open the wound!!!
