Professional, knowledgeable personnel. They were able to meet my needs without an appointment as I was traveling and had DEF problems over a weekend. I was given timely update of the progress and explanations of the needs as they were determined.
Really quick service, decent price and you get a free service first time you get your car serviced.
Teddy had nothing to do with it, so it went well. My service advisor, Dave. He was great! Five stars to the service department. If you bought your truck there with an extended warranty and need service, go see Dave. If you want to buy a truck and are trading one in, go to Truck Ranch. Don't let a crook like Teddy rip you off.
