Quick intake process. The nurse and Dr. Were friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable. They listened with respect and took a thoughtful approach to my care. They provided treatment options I hadn’t thought of or received before. They followed up with a call 2 days later. Excellent service and care!

Dr McDonald listened, took action to find cause of complaint. He then suggested a treatment for what he discovered, asked if I wanted additional prevention measures. I received immediate treatment for my illness & he contacted pharmacy for prescriptions. Prompt care, courteous staff, clear communication, answered questions.

From coming in the door to leaving, my experience has always been excellent at Tyler Complete Care and today was no different. Dr. Juan was very caring and thorough and Sarah was a great nurse. Radiology and front desk folks great, too!
A very thorough work up was done and I felt very confident in the conclusions at the end. I have never felt this satisfied after a visit to a Dr before. All the bases were covered in one visit.
