Dr McDonald listened, took action to find cause of complaint. He then suggested a treatment for what he discovered, asked if I wanted additional prevention measures. I received immediate treatment for my illness & he contacted pharmacy for prescriptions. Prompt care, courteous staff, clear communication, answered questions.

From coming in the door to leaving, my experience has always been excellent at Tyler Complete Care and today was no different. Dr. Juan was very caring and thorough and Sarah was a great nurse. Radiology and front desk folks great, too!
A very thorough work up was done and I felt very confident in the conclusions at the end. I have never felt this satisfied after a visit to a Dr before. All the bases were covered in one visit.

Very good care. Dr. Wallace explained everything to me about my situation and my needs. I just wish the doctor could come to my room sooner. It seems we have to wait too long for the doctor.
