Wonderful experience every time I've been to this place. The lady at the front was amazing, sorry I cannot remember her name (came in with a concussion). This place has been quick, affordable, and friendly every time. Amazing how they have dealt with my work injuries so well, knowing I was in pain! Great people that actually care. Hopefully, I will stay well, but inevitably I'll always go to Tyler Complete Care!

I am so glad that my sister in law told me to go here for my out of state healthcare needs. They were wonderful! Dr was attentive and listened. Nurse was very sweet and gentle. I never felt rushed. Great experience!

Short wait, friendly staff, and clean! Dr. McDonald was very thorough, he took his time and explained everything in detail. He was decisive and encouraging that I would feel better very soon. The phone call from Dr. Wallace checking in on me a couple days later was a nice personal touch. I would definitely use Complete Care again if needed.

Quick and efficient check in. Saw the Dr. quickly who performed a preliminary assessment followed by X-rays and a diagnosis. Gave me a prescription and some exercises to do and I was on my way. Friendly and courteous staff, nurses and Dr.‘a.
