Everyone was great. Dr Wallace always does a great job in taking care of me and my family. The staff is courteous, efficient and well trained. I go to the clinic even though my insurance does not cover it !

Fast Problem resolved and gave me one of the pills I needed for recovery before I left and had the prescriptions in my hand, much quicker than the doctors office and using my chart

Upon arrival, I noticed the cleaness of the vacility. The receptionist was not the most cordial individual. Not sure she is at the position she has filled. All I will note is that when you arrive at an emergency facility, you are not feeling well and to be greeted with a somewhat friendly 😕manner would be great. That being said, the physician was very through kind and considerent!
Got right in. Dr. Brad Robertson was great. Took time to discuss and explain my issue. Highly recommend Tyler Complete Care
