The front office staff was courteous, competent, friendly and put me right at ease. The nurse was extremely competent, knowledgeable, efficient and understanding of my reason for being there and my acute symptoms. Dr. Wallace was very kind, compassionate, and he took his time in examining me in and effort to make a competent recommendation for treatment. I was extremely impressed by the entire experience and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of urgent care in the Tyler area. Thank you and God bless.
The doctor helped me feel better and actually took the time to talk to me about my symptoms. He really went the extra mile with some further testing. This is what is needed today.
