Everyone was very friendly and kind to me. The nurses asked me questions in concern to my ear. The doctor I saw was also very helpful too. Overall, I had a great experience here and would definitely come back here for another medical need.
Fast compassionate care
Dr. McDonald was delightful.... thorough, thoughtful, competent! Wait time was do-able.
Staff was courteous and efficient. Facility was clean and comfortable. Wait time was minimal. Nurses and doctor were very compassionate and clearly explained procedures, diagnosis and meds. Soooo much better than a hospital ER. I would definitely go back to Complete ER if I were unable to see my own PCP.
