We did a cash out refi and Tyson was able to get us a great interest rate. Refi closed sooner than we expected. We never met Tyson personally but the on-line communication was very good. He always responded quickly.
First time home buyer and Tyson really makes it easy to understand the whole process from start to finish. He is always available to answer any questions one might have.
