Due to no fault of Tyson's at all, I ran into roadblock after roadblock purchasing my dream condo - my first purchased home. He promised me he would get it done, and he pulled it off! Probably the most unusual of situations possible, he worked overtime to get everything done on time. Very communicative and very upfront with issues encountered. I'm sure most lenders would have given up well beforehand. His team was quick and efficient!

Tyson and his team went above and beyond to help me with my home purchase!!! I have purchased FOUR houses in the last 18 years and this time was BY FAR the easiest thanks to Tyson. Tyson is helpful and very hands-on. He is quick to assist, even if not directly responsible. I stated that fees were higher than expected, but that may be because the last time I purchased a home was in 2007 and in another state.

I couldn't ask for anything better. We didn't qualify for the loan. But we saw that we need to improve our credit in some areas. And we currently are taking the steps to get that handled. Our credit scores are very good. Regardless of our financial situation and the ratios over long time. We always make sure that every lender is paid. We think that credit scores and the payment history didn't play on the decision to grant the loan.
