Tyson is very professional. He communicated every step needed in the loan process with explanations on each step. Available when we needed him for answers to our question. Gave us some good advice. Even referred us to a great realtor. We actually got our loan approved 8 days before the closing date. And he is going to keep in touch with us for any other needs we may need. Definitely recommend. He will work hard for you.

Tyson was ON IT! He was an absolute pleasure to work with. The title company was extremely impressed with how fast Tyson and his team work to get all the paperwork together. We were working with a realtor that was on both sides of the transaction so Tyson helped us navigate our way through some of the sales process as well as the mortgage side of it. It was great having him on our side! We have used Tyson on numerous loans and it has always been an excellent experience. I would highly recommend him.

We were shopping around for a lender and wound up going with Tyson and his team. He was up front and explained how the process would go from the start. He kept his word once we decided to go with him and there were no surprises at all. The process was super smooth and easy for us to be living in a completely different state. I will recommend Tyson and his team to anyone I know looking for a lender in the future and we will for sure be using him again!

Having been a loan officer in the past, and purchasing several homes myself, I cannot say enough about the service Tyson and his staff provided us throughout this process. I only wish I was as proficient back in the day. Special shout out to Michelle Detour (Eastbank Mortgage) for making the connection. Throughout the transaction, they sent numerous updates and tips about the process and answered every question we had. I would highly recommend Tyson and the crew at American Pacific Mortgage!
