Easily booked appt, wait time was under 5 minutes. The receptionist was kind and triage nurse friendly and efficient. My doctor listened and asked questions, did a physical exam and double checked meds to make sure they were ok for me and my other health issues. Very good experience altogether

Fast and easy check in process. Not a lot of time spent waiting to be seen. Doctor listens to you and explains what is going on.

The Avon Urgent Care facility is fantastic! It is super clean and not the typical urgent care/hospital environment. All staff were extremely friendly and professional.

Waited an hour in an exam room. When I stepped out to asked when I would see someone I was told they didn’t know. I said unfortunately I had to pick up my grand daughter in 15 minutes. I was told if I left I would be charged regardless. I told the staff that they couldn’t charge me because no service was provided. The conversation was escalated by the staff who insisted they would charge me. My son was evaluated for an ear infection and possible strep throat. Although the throat swab was negative, the provider spent approximately two minutes with my son, barely examined his ears or mouth, and stated, “I’m not worried about it.” By the next day, my son developed a red eye related to the ear infection. Despite this, the office will not assist or prescribe antibiotics unless we pay for another visit, even though it has been less than 24 hours since the initial appointment.

Scheduled an appointment for 11AM. Arrived at 11AM and wasnt escorted to a room until 11:45AM. I had an X-RAY done and the results were posted roughly 15 minutes later online from the radiologist and was negative. After waiting for quite awhile, I asked about just leaving because I already had my results; I was told I had to wait for the Physician to "finish a procedure" before being discharged.
