The Avon Urgent Care facility is fantastic! It is super clean and not the typical urgent care/hospital environment. All staff were extremely friendly and professional.

Set up an appointment and had to wait almost an hour to be seen. Also, the computer system was wrong and doesn’t reflect my oop max has been met. The lady at the desk was super rude when I asked to be billed.

I felt forgotten about while waiting for the dr to come to the exam room. I physically feel terrible and felt invisible. I’ve been ill since May 10 and feel that it’s more than a virus. I’ll just schedule with my Physician.

Waited an hour in an exam room. When I stepped out to asked when I would see someone I was told they didn’t know. I said unfortunately I had to pick up my grand daughter in 15 minutes. I was told if I left I would be charged regardless. I told the staff that they couldn’t charge me because no service was provided. The conversation was escalated by the staff who insisted they would charge me.
