I’m so glad this location opened up. It is so close to home. This place was absolutely beautiful. The women at the front desk were so kind and helpful. I checked in ahead and only had to wait about five minutes. The entire staff was very caring and friendly and I was seen by the doctor very quickly. I had such a great experience and I’m so glad for urgent situations I can come here!

The office was very nice and the receptionist was very personable. I will definitely return. I do have Dr. Wagner as my primary but this location is very close to home and I’m sure I will be back. I retired from St. John Medical Center in February and will always try and support them.

I called my regular doctor who was out on vacation. They told me to go to Urgent care to get checked out because they have the proper equipment. When I arrived they charged me$75 and after a few minutes they said I would need to go to the ER because they didn’t have an MRI machine. Bad communication and I felt taken advantage of. Won’t do that again.

I came here when they first opened and had a good experience. I’ve been back a few times since, and each visit has involved a wait of over an hour and a half. I chose UH Urgent Care because it’s close to home and convenient, but the wait time just to have my ear looked at is unreasonable. I’ll be going to Cleveland Clinic Urgent Care in North Olmsted in the future for faster care.
