All of the staff at North Ridgeville UH Urgent Care were kind and helpful. The CNP, Kathy, listened to me and diagnosed my problem quickly, then took the time to answer my questions. Prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy right away so I was able to pick them up on my way home. I registered online and was on time for my appointment, but had to wait about 20 minutes before being seen, but I'm still giving 5 stars for the overall experience.
