Everyone was very helpful and Friendly. They were so busy but still took very good care of us. Felt bad for the nurse practitioner she was the only one on duty, but still took time with us and very thorough.

Admin was very nice, thoughtful and made check in easy. The nurse & PA were both good too. Addressed what we think is an inner ear infection. Sorry didn’t catch names.

I only had to wait a few minutes. I was expecting a long time since it’s cold and flu season. Everyone was so kind it made me feel right at home. I felt extremely cared for not just from a random doctor at urgent care, but it felt like truly cared about me and wanted me to feel better. I’ve been sick for so long and I’m so glad she was able to figure out what was wrong.
