The office was very nice and the receptionist was very personable. I will definitely return. I do have Dr. Wagner as my primary but this location is very close to home and I’m sure I will be back. I retired from St. John Medical Center in February and will always try and support them.

I came here when they first opened and had a good experience. I’ve been back a few times since, and each visit has involved a wait of over an hour and a half. I chose UH Urgent Care because it’s close to home and convenient, but the wait time just to have my ear looked at is unreasonable. I’ll be going to Cleveland Clinic Urgent Care in North Olmsted in the future for faster care.

Didn't even do any physical exam were pain was and didn't explain labs but I educated myself after I was home, I will follow-up with my doctor. I have history of kidney stones (multiple in right) and know when 1 is out just wanted medication to help pass stone but got nothing. Not pain medication flo max and 1 other that helps with stones. The 1 lab does indicate stones and possibly uti but I was told she couldn't do nothing,I have gone to urgent care a few miles down the road and they've helped me. Im still sitting here. Its been two hours. The waiting area was almost empty. I have yet to see a doctor.

The doctor was great but the wait was horrible. I checked in online and it was a almost a 3 hour wait and only one doctor.

I am not the kind of person that writes reviews, this may even be my second or third I have ever written. On Dec 12/16/2025 I arrived at 8:08 am for a schedule appointment. The front staff said her morning and told me to sign in, after pronounce of an 8am appointment. An hour later I was walked In to room 1 by a very kind and respectful young man, don't remember his name but many "Kudos" to him. After about a wait of close to 10 to 15 minutes. My appointment was at 1:07. I didn’t leave there until 3:15. I waited an hour for the test results only to be told “it’s probably just a virus” and no treatment was offered, nothing suggested to manage the symptoms and no prescription. Plainly, “it’s probably just a virus”. Over two hours is unacceptable and the bedside manner is appalling!
